 TD-431 R20/ TD-432 R14

 This Body maker line produces R20(UM-1) type dry battery metal jackets. Its maximum speed capacity is 300 pcs./min. Firstly,place the blanks cut by slitter into the Blank stacker of this body maker(TD-431). The blanks are automatically fed to the Flexing stage one by one. This device makes blanks flexible in order to form metal jackets easily at the Forming stage. Then blanks are cut 4 corners at the Notcher stage. Next,blanks are fed to the Single edging stage where both sides of metal jackets are bent for seaming. Upper and lower edges are made here. Right after this stage,blanks are fed to the Double edging stage where the lower edge of metal jacket that was formed in the Single edging stage is improved for Mennen-seam. Afterward,the blanks are fed to the Forming stage where blanks are shaped into cylindrical form and the seam is locked completely by the Wings.

 Next,formed and seamed metal jackets are fed to the Magnetic elevator runway(TD-531),which leads to Rotary flanger(TD-631)where one side of dry battery metal jackets are curled. Finally completed metal jackets come out of this Rotary flanger.

  Entire this Body maker line is operated either automatically or manually on the System line control panel. All types of mechanical troubles will be detected immediately by the sensors and will stop operation automatically.
This Body maker line is designed for easy adjustment and easy maintenance.
